     Dark Chocolate contains many key vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, manganese, fiber, iron, copper, selenium, phosphorous, and potassium.

Dark chocolate contains flavanols, which help arteries relax. This improves flood flow and can prevent blood clots.

Heart Health
There are some pretty special compounds in dark chocolate that help to fight off bad cholesterol. These compounds can also lower the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart failure.

     I love to eat squares of dark chocolate with my coffee as an afternoon snack. You can find lots of great brands at your local grocery store. Just make sure its at least 70% cocoa and that it hasn't been alkalized and you should be good to go!
