Vegan Apple Pie Crescent Rolls

Sometimes, you just need a super quick, yet delicious dessert to serve to unexpected company, or to satisfy a sudden craving. These Vegan Apple Pie Crescent Rolls are the perfect thing to bake in a hurry but still are delicious!
These little treats are so easy to make its almost a crime. I started making these a while ago, and they have become a family favorite. Not only are they great for desserts and sweet snacks, but they make great breakfasts for the days you are feeling a little indulgent.
Ingredients:
1 can Crescent Rolls ( most brands don't contain dairy or eggs, but check just to be sure.)
Apple Pie Filling of Choice ( I made mine by simply chopping up apples and coating in lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and flour and letting sit for a few minutes)
And that's it! That is all you need to make some delicious apple pie treats!
Start by opening your crescent rolls. I used my local grocery store's brand of crescent rolls, but I know several other brands do not contain dairy or eggs. Be sure to check to be sure.
Pull off one triangle at a time. Place a spoonful of apple pie filling in the middle of the larger end of dough.
Roll the dough into a crescent-roll shape and place on a line baking sheet. Allow spacing between rolls as they will grow during baking process.
(Optional) Sprinkle Cinnamon/Sugar on top of rolls before baking.
Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls have turned a golden brown and they aren't 'soggy' in the centers.
Remove from pan and enjoy right away or allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
My family and I love to eat these treats with some vanilla ice cream ( coconut milk based brands are the best!) or just warm with a cup of coffee or tea!
They also make great weekend breakfasts or brunch item! They will be gone in a flash, believe me!
